Hello everyone! It has been quite awhile since I last posted, but felt I should update everyone on the current status of our adoption. We are learning that the referral process has slowed considerably since we first applied. Our documents remain in China, and have been there for almost three months now. However, what was once a 6-7 month process, has now turned into an 10-11 month process. We are hopeful for a referral by the end of the year...we'd love to have Leila home by Christmas. However, we know that God's timing is always better than our timing, and we plan to just rely on Him in this whole crazy process!
